Why should you know about the Author?

Well many people tend to put a lot of weight behind almost anything posted on the internet so I thought I’d better explain that I’m not an expert in either cars or Europe, rather I have some experience of both. I am a Programme Manager with an Engineering background, having gone through an engineering apprenticeship (tool and gauge maker), many years ago, and a Chartered Engineer. While I have dealt with vehicles as part of the systems I’ve worked on these do not include performance cars! As for Europe I have worked and enjoyed holidays in Europe but again would not regard myself as an expert just someone with an opinion. Where there is evidence for any opinion expressed I will always try and reference it but again it remains just one blokes opinion. I enjoy travelling, driving and appreciate cars in both form and function.
